Note: Power banks ship at regular ground shipping rates. For expedited or air shipments outside the Continental U.S., shipment must be made with Federal Express and a $50.00 charge per each box must be added as required by law.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. Only select items within the catalog are available at less than minimum quantities. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks.  Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received.  Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day.Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).
Please note: Not recommended for use with Tablets. Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. PMS inks are mixed by hand with some variation. Mixed colors will be close and cannot be exact or compared to e-proofs. In 4-color process / Photoimage full color printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. In addition to shipping cost, hazardous materials (sanitizers and powerbanks) air shipping (including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), will incur $50 documentation fee per box. Fed Ex is the only authorized air carrier within continental US for Hazmat (sanitizers and/or powerbanks).
